Easy and Moist Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with muffin cups or spray with cooking spray.
  2. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  3. Mix bananas, white sugar, canola oil, brown sugar, and egg together in a medium bowl.
  4. Fold banana mixture into flour mixture just until incorporated.
  5. Scoop batter into muffin tins (I used a ¼-cup measuring cup).
  6. Bake 14 to 16 minutes, or until muffins spring back when lightly tapped in the middle.
