Whip this cheesy, creamy, delicious Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta dish up in 10 minutes flat! Weeknights just got a whole lot easier!

Ingredients
1 12-oz. box Barilla Pronto penne pasta
2 cups Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Strips (about ½ package)
1-1/2 cups (half a head) broccoli, cut into small bit-sized pieces
1 cup sliced mushrooms (1/2 of an 8-oz. package)
6 Tbsp butter
8-oz. package neufchatel
½ cup milk
3 tsp garlic
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning*
½ cup shredded Parmesan
¼ cup snipped fresh basil
Instructions
Pour pasta into a large 12-inch skillet. Add 3 cups cold water and place on stove set to High.
Set timer to 10 minutes. Cook pasta, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, place chicken strips on a microwave-safe dish and cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
When timer shows 3 minutes remaining, add broccoli and mushrooms to pasta. Stir well to combine.
When timer shows 2 minutes remaining, turn stove to medium-low and add butter, neufchatel, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well until fully incorporated and smooth.
Add chicken and Parmesan, stirring well to combine.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Notes
*If you prefer food on the milder side, you can reduce Cajun seasoning to ½ Tbsp or omit it completely.
