Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in the milk chocolate chips and half of the mini morsels.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Top with remaining morsels.
Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes. Remove and place on a cooling rack to cool completely. Cut into individual squares and watch them disappear! :)
