BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1-1/2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 4 naan flatbreads
  • 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flatbreads directly onto top oven rack and bake until slightly crispy, about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove naan and place on a cookie sheet. Slather each with BBQ sauce, then top with chicken, red onions, and cilantro. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  3. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice into halves or quarters and serve.
