¼ cup Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter (I used Honey Roast)
¼ to ⅓ cup marshmallow creme
6 Tbsp chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Spread ½ Tbsp peanut butter onto 8 crackers. Pipe or spread ½ Tbsp marshmallow creme over the peanut butter and set crackers on a plate or cookie sheet.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter. Microwave on high for 20 seconds.
Stir in heavy cream and vanilla. Microwave for an additional 10 seconds or until chips are melted. Stir until chocolate sauce is smooth.
Using a spoon, drizzle chocolate sauce over prepared crackers. Top each with another cracker to make a sandwich and enjoy!
