In a small bowl, whisk together the broth, soy sauce, sugar, peanut butter, cornstarch, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork, ginger, and garlic and cook until pork is browned, about 6 minutes. Transfer pork to a bowl.
In same skillet, cook coleslaw, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and onion and continue cooking until coleslaw is lightly browned.
Meanwhile, cook fettuccine in a stock pot according to package directions.
Return pork to skillet. Stir in broth mixture and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, until sauce has thickened slightly, about 2 minutes.
Drain fettuccine and combine with pork. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
