Tzatziki Turkey Salad

Serves: 4 servings
- 1 5.3-oz tub fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- ¼ cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, chopped
- Oregano, to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with pita chips or inside of a pita pocket.
