Ingredients
  • 1 5.3-oz tub fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with pita chips or inside of a pita pocket.
