In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, spaghetti sauce, and diced tomatoes and simmer 2 minutes.
Spread ⅓ of the meat sauce in a 13x9 baking dish. Arrange half of the ravioli over the sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers, ending with the last ⅓ of the meat sauce on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
