Combine first 7 ingredients in a large plastic freezer bag. Add steaks, shaking to distribute marinade evenly. Refrigerate overnight for optimal results.
Preheat grill to medium-high and close cover. When grill is too hot to hold hand over grates for more than 2 seconds, it's ready. Place steaks on grill, discarding marinade.
Cook for 6 minutes and flip steaks. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until steaks reach desired doneness. (We use the hand test here)
