Sweet Crepes with Nutella Fondue

- FOR CREPES:
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 1½ tsp salt
- 3 cups flour
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ Tbsp butter
- FOR NUTELLA FONDUE:
- ½ cup Nutella
- ½ cup heavy cream
- FOR CREPES:
- In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients (except the ½ Tbsp butter) together. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat 10-inch fry pan over medium heat and add butter.
- When butter is melted, scoop out about ⅓ cup of crepe batter and pour into pan, swirling it in pan to completely cover the bottom.
- When edges of crepe begin to separate from pan and bottoms start to turn golden brown, flip.
- Cook for an additional minute or so, until other side is golden brown.
- FOR NUTELLA FONDUE:
- Spoon Nutella into medium bowl.
- Pour heavy cream into microwave-safe dish and microwave 1 minute or until very hot.
- Slowly whisk cream into Nutella until mixed well and smooth.
