Sweet Crepes with Nutella Fondue

Ingredients
  • FOR CREPES:
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ Tbsp butter
  • FOR NUTELLA FONDUE:
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
  1. FOR CREPES:
  2. In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients (except the ½ Tbsp butter) together. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Heat 10-inch fry pan over medium heat and add butter.
  4. When butter is melted, scoop out about ⅓ cup of crepe batter and pour into pan, swirling it in pan to completely cover the bottom.
  5. When edges of crepe begin to separate from pan and bottoms start to turn golden brown, flip.
  6. Cook for an additional minute or so, until other side is golden brown.
  7. FOR NUTELLA FONDUE:
  8. Spoon Nutella into medium bowl.
  9. Pour heavy cream into microwave-safe dish and microwave 1 minute or until very hot.
  10. Slowly whisk cream into Nutella until mixed well and smooth.
