In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine butter and olive oil. Add garlic and saute until garlic is fragrant.
Add bell pepper and red onion and saute until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add shrimp, lemon juice, chicken broth, oregano, red pepper flakes, and pepper and toss to combine. Allow to heat through.
Heat oven to broil. Pour shrimp mixture into a 13x9" baking dish. Add Parmesan and panko and toss to combine. Broil 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven.
Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
