  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • STIR-FRY
  • 2 7.44-oz pkgs JSL Foods Fortune Soba Buckwheat noodles
  • 1 lb. sirloin (or pre-cut steak for stir-fry)
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, halved
  • ½ large bell pepper, julienned and halved
  • ½ large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
Instructions
  1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Remove noodles from soba noodle package (but keep them in their individual packages). Microwave each package for 1 minute. Set aside.
  3. Toss beef with ginger and garlic.

  5. Add snap peas, bell pepper, and onion to same pan or wok and add additional oil, if needed. Stir-fry veggies until crisp-tender.
  6. Add noodles and sauce and stir-fry until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  7. Divide into bowls and sprinkle each with green onions. Enjoy!
