Serves: 48 potstickers
Ingredients
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 pkg Twin Dragon Gyoza Wrappers
  • Canola oil
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except for wrappers in a mixer and mix until well combined.
  2. Fill a small bowl with water and set aside. Place 2 tsp of chicken mixture in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Dip your finger in the bowl of water and moisten the perimeter of the wrapper.
  3. Pinch wrapper ends together and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Heat about 2 Tbsp canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place potstickers, seam side up, in the oil and fry about 2 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom.
  5. Carefully pour ⅓ water in the pan (it will steam) and cover the pan. Steam an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove potstickers from pan and place onto a cookie sheet lined with paper towels. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and enjoy!
