Fresh Salsa

Servings 4 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Rotel
  • 4 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 large red onion, quartered
  • 3 tbsp lime juice (about 1 large lime)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (about 2 tsp)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 large jalapeno, seeded

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until combined. For chunkier salsa, don't blend as much. Or you can add some of the chopped roma tomatoes after blending.
