roma tomatoes, chopped

large red onion, quartered

lime juice (about 1 large lime)

garlic, minced (about 2 tsp)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until combined. For chunkier salsa, don't blend as much. Or you can add some of the chopped roma tomatoes after blending.
